From the vibrant harvests of our own Kelly Way Gardens in Woodstock to the renowned producers of the Northeast Kingdom and beyond, our partners help shape a menu that reflects both place and season. Pasture-raised meats, small-batch cheeses, wild-foraged ingredients, and carefully sourced seafood come together to tell a story of authenticity, sustainability, and flavor.
