Red Barn Dinner Series
The Red Barn Dinner Series is a fantastic collaboration between the resort gardeners and chefs. Utilizing the fresh produce from Kelly Way Gardens and other community farms, Executive Chef Matthew McClure and his culinary team craft unique menus for each seating with expertly selected wine pairings and specialty cocktails.
The experience begins with a cocktail hour, inviting you to stroll the garden pathways as hors d'oeuvres are passed before taking a seat inside the culinary studio, where the evening's multiple courses are prepared in front of you. Similar to how the ingredients chosen for the cuisine honor local farms, the gathered-style dinner seating celebrates the community by allowing you to enjoy plated dining surrounded by future friends and spark conversations across the long banquet tables.
